At BuyFrom5AM, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.
📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the item meets the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item must include original packaging
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Worn or used items
- Final sale items
- Accessories (socks, glasses, wallets, etc.)
- Items returned after 7 days
🔄 Exchanges Only (Recommended)
Due to high demand and limited inventory, we prioritize exchanges over refunds.
If you received:
- Wrong item
- Damaged item
- Defective product
We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Item received is incorrect
- Item is lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
⚠️ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
📍 Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us before filing a dispute.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:
- Being banned from future purchases
- Evidence being submitted to the payment provider
